The People Behind the Mission
Parents deserve to know exactly who will be caring for their child. Our founder is introduced below; remaining team members will be added as roles are confirmed.
Trevor McGehee — Founder, CEO

Founder, CEO
Trevor McGehee’s passion for helping young men is rooted in his own life experience. As an adolescent, Trevor strayed from the path he was raised to follow, struggling with substance use and making choices that pulled him away from his identity, his purpose, and the spiritual foundation established early in his life.
Even through those difficult years, that foundation remained. Trevor’s faith ultimately became the anchor that helped redirect his life and gave him a deeper understanding of God’s grace, restoration, and redemptive power. His experiences shaped a calling to reach young men who may feel lost, disconnected, or defined by their mistakes — and to remind them that their story is not over.
Trevor eventually moved from New Jersey to Florida, where he and his wife are raising their three children and building a life centered on faith, service, and ministry. His personal journey, combined with years of serving young people and families, inspired the vision for Redeemer Ranch.
Trevor’s passion extends beyond helping young men struggling with substance use and behavioral challenges. He feels deeply called to serve a generation of young men facing anxiety, depression, isolation, identity struggles, and other mental health concerns. He believes these young men need more than a place to manage their symptoms — they need meaningful relationships, a strong community, spiritual guidance, and an environment where they can rediscover hope, confidence, and purpose.
Through Redeemer Ranch, Trevor is committed to creating the kind of environment he believes every struggling young man deserves: a place of safety, structure, accountability, clinical support, spiritual growth, and genuine belonging. His mission is not only to support young men through their challenges, but also to walk alongside their families as they experience healing and restoration together.
At the heart of Trevor’s work is the belief that no young man is beyond hope or redemption. Every young person has a God-given identity and purpose that can be rediscovered, strengthened, and lived out. Redeemer Ranch exists to help young men find that purpose, rebuild hope, and become the men God created them to be.
